Information We Collect

Sideline Imagery may collect your name, email address, phone number, athlete/player information, team information, event registration details, and payment-related information when you register for photography coverage or contact us.

How We Use Information

We use registration and contact information to manage bookings, provide photography coverage, send customer support messages, deliver galleries, process payment-related activity, and operate our services.

Incomplete Booking Drafts

When you continue past the parent-information step, we save the information entered as a temporary booking draft. This allows you to continue checkout, helps us recover a registration if payment or connectivity is interrupted, and supports payment reconciliation. If you do not finish, we may send one email reminding you about that booking. Incomplete drafts are normally deleted after 30 days unless they are connected to a successful or unresolved payment that requires support or recordkeeping.

Optional Marketing Email

During booking, you can choose whether to receive occasional emails about upcoming events, photography opportunities, promotions, and special offers. This choice is separate from booking confirmations, payment messages, gallery delivery, and the single disclosed incomplete-booking reminder. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

SMS Communications:

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sideline Imagery related to your photography registration, booking confirmations, event updates, schedule changes, weather updates, gallery delivery notifications, payment/account notifications, and customer support.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and registrations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help operate the booking, payment, messaging, gallery, and support services. We do not sell personal information.
